AS you travel along the narrow way, there're many dangers.
Many battles and pains, Jesus bids you come,
He'll hold your hands;
He is the captain of the battlefield who knows the way.
We're not on a picnic but in battlefield
Is not all to say I am a Christian, I've been
washed in the Blood
You must fight the fight of faith in the battle of life;
Oh Christian soldiers, take up the sword in His
holy command.
There are so many who started the race:
They have surrendered to their creeds and forms;
But the true Church of God, must take up the cross;
And follow the Lord and His perfect word to heaven at last.
Ye are no more strangers, but the heirs of God,
Build upon the Foundation of the Apostles, and Prophets;
Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone;
In whom the building framed together
and working as one.
